Rare large wall hanging Royal Vienna signed chargers. Rare surviving pair of large 13.5 inches or 34.5 CMS. Light age wear, a repair chip to rear of plate hole hanger please see photo10. No other chips cracks or repairs. Finely handpainted center scenes and gold gilding. Both plates have the makers mark for Von Schierholz Austria with blue crossed lines Mark’s date range is 1860 to 1900. The custom made bronze hangers can be removed for display on plate stands should you wish. Condition is excellent and being large and a pair makes this quite a rare find.
